The Inner Shift Energy Healing Session gently weaves together different energy healing methods and techniques into one intuitive, personalized experience. This approach can help uncover limiting beliefs, stored emotions, or life events and experiences that may still be quietly influencing your thoughts, emotions, and choices—often without you even realizing it.
With your permission, we energetically connect to your subconscious mind—without the use of hypnosis—to explore the root of these patterns and energies.
Together, we gently identify when and where certain beliefs were formed and begin the process of shifting your internal dialogue. This creates space for self-healing, empowerment, and a deeper connection to your true amd authentic self. At the heart of this work is frequency—tuning into what you truly want to radiate and receive in your life.
Our life experiences are deeply intertwined with emotions. The subconscious mind does its best to protect us, but sometimes it holds onto emotional wounds or outdated patterns and beliefs that show up as recurring thoughts, relationship struggles, or heavy feelings that weigh us down and cloud our path forward.
When we feel truly seen, heard, safe, and supported, something begins to soften. We can finally start releasing what has been holding us back and discover our true essence with compassion and clarity.

Follow-Up Sessions: 75–90 minutes
