While sound meditations and sound baths  are generally safe and beneficial for most people, there are some cases where it may not be suitable. Individuals with the following conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before trying sound healing:

  1. Severe mental health conditions,  please consult your mental health provider. 
  2. Seizure disorders
  3. Pregnancy
  4. Implanted medical devices, such as pacemakers, or insulin pumps
  5. Low blood pressure

Sound frequencies may provide numerous health benefits. However, it is essential to consult with your healthcare provider and/or mental health provider if you have any underlying health conditions and/or diagnosis. With proper precautions, sound can be an excellent addition to your overall wellness.
